In order to affirm resilience and durability, we rigorously test every AnzoUSA lighting product in a Thermo-Hygrometer (temperature and humidity chamber) and a Rain-Resistant Tester. In addition, we thoroughly expose all of our products to intense photometric testing to assure strict compliance with local, state, federal and international standards. Our products go through strict testing for durability, impact strength, as well as fresh/salt water, dust/dirt resistance.

In order to comply with safety regulations, all AnzoUSA products must pass all quality inspections. After all safety checks and quality assurance, products are manufactured using the most advanced technological and economical methods available. Single, double, and triple shot injection machines produce our semi-finished products. After undergoing vacuum electro-plating or spray plating processes, products are combined through hot press bonding, friction bonding, or an automatic assembly line spin coater.
